Is there a free trial?
Yes — 12 hours for XTV and 24 hours for every other plan. One trial per customer. Request it on WhatsApp.
Which plan should I choose?
In Egypt: XTV for football and families, Marvel for movies and series. Everywhere else: Basic for Arabic channels and football, Premium for the biggest library, all sports and 4K. Not sure? Try one free first.
Can I use it on more than one device?
You can install it on as many devices as you like and share it with family, but only one device can watch at a time. Watching on two at once can lock the account.
How long does activation take?
After you send a clear screenshot of your payment on WhatsApp, activation usually takes a few minutes. Please allow up to 24 hours.
What internet speed do I need?
About 5 Mbps for SD, 10 Mbps for Full HD and 25 Mbps or more for 4K (plus a 4K-capable device).
Is it safe for families?
We don't offer adult channels, but some movies and series can contain mature scenes. XTV is our family-friendly option, with almost all mature content removed, and many apps have parental controls.
